In turn, many of the menu ingredients are harvested from there and delivered to the kitchen for use in their imaginative and largely vegan recipes. Moku Roots has also committed to making sure utensils and packaging aren’t single-use. Did we mention that the food is seriously delicious? It’s good for the Earth and good for your body!
