Amazingly, it’s possible! Ever tried Snuba? Snuba is a shallow-water dive system that bridges the gap between snorkeling and scuba diving. It’s not quite like learning to scuba dive, and is much, much easier. A tank of air supplied by a scuba tank is on a float allowing your free exploration below. There are a few tour operators, but we highly recommend going with Sail Trilogy.
Soar high Parasailing
Parasailing on the island of Maui is an awesome and unique experience! To book a ride, you’ll need to find a parasailing company that will take you out in a boat. You’ll be securely attached to a towline and parachute, after which the towline is released and you’re off! The views of the Pacific Ocean are absolutely stunning – peaceful sapphire blue waters churning beneath you while you soar above it all. You have the option to parasail alone, with another person or with three people at once – no prior experience needed.
The most popular spot for parasailing on Maui is located near Black Rock in Ka‘anapali on the west side of the island with UFO Parasail. Once in the air, you’ll get unparalleled aerial views of West Maui, Moloka‘i and Lana‘i; sights so beautiful they’re impossible to put into words.
